Annette Twahirwa Kirabira

Annette Twahirwa Kirabira is a Counselling Psychologist by profession and holds a Ph.D. in

Organizational Leadership. Annette is the Chair of the Board of the Coalition Against

Trafficking in Persons-Uganda (CATIP-U); a coalition of NGOs in Uganda working to address

various aspects of Human Trafficking both in Uganda and across its borders.

After 16 years of working with victims and survivors of sexual exploitation she has a wealth of

experience in trauma-informed responses and client centered approaches to assisting victims and

survivors. She also has experience in lobbying and working with various government and non-

government agencies and stakeholders in enforcing the various laws and ensuring protection of

victims and survivors of Trafficking in Persons.

She is a seasoned trainer and facilitator in various areas related to anti-trafficking, leadership,

and counseling. Annette is a highly motivated, resourceful and diligent professional, with

experience in implementation and administration in challenging roles and times; a leader keen on

generating new work methods and solutions; with a high level of personal and professional

integrity. All this is built on the foundation of Jesus Christ; a journey Annette started 37 years after dedicating her life to Jesus as Saviour and Lord. She’s married to Pr. Bernard Joshua Kirabira and they together co-pastor C3 Kazo.

Julius Sseremba

Mr Juliuc C. Sseremba is a Content Development Consultant based in Entebbe, Uganda. He carries out both local and international consultancy work in the areas of high level report development, strategy and think tanks, story telling, communications and editorial and publishing process chains. He has previously served on the board of Wells of Hope, a christian NGO that reaches out to and supports children of prisoners in Uganda and Kenya. He also worked closely with the Justice for Children JLOS programme in its formative stages before it was mainstreamed into the Government of Uganda formal justice structures. He has consulted with Government of Uganda entities such as KCCA, UNRA, the Judiciary and the IG, among others. He is well-placed to contextualise the socio-political landscape within which Rabab undertakes its mission. He is married and is a father to three beautiful daughters.
