Allan Agaba
Allan has spent over 15 years of his career in the banking and financial services space, advising global banks and organizations in the North America and EMEA regions.
He was previously responsible for building out the enterprise Risk Compliance function for Citi Bank NorthAmerica, as well as driving strategic initiatives, advise senior management and governance committees, business groups, and risk and compliance functions on prudential bank compliance requirements, and in responding to supervisory and enforcement matters.
Most recently, Allan has shifted focus to consulting, mentoring and private entrepreneurship projects.
Allan brings in-depth experience working with law enforcement, multiple source intelligence disciplines and technology to counter illicit networks, identifying and Mitigating human trafficking risk through the use of financial institutions.
He received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Computer Information Systems from Laroche University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and is ACAMS and Lean Six sigma Certified.

Mr Juliuc C. Sseremba is a Content Development Consultant based in Entebbe, Uganda. He carries out both local and international consultancy work in the areas of high level report development, strategy and think tanks, story telling, communications and editorial and publishing process chains. He has previously served on the board of Wells of Hope, a christian NGO that reaches out to and supports children of prisoners in Uganda and Kenya. He also worked closely with the Justice for Children JLOS programme in its formative stages before it was mainstreamed into the Government of Uganda formal justice structures. He has consulted with Government of Uganda entities such as KCCA, UNRA, the Judiciary and the IG, among others. He is well-placed to contextualise the socio-political landscape within which Rabab undertakes its mission. He is married and is a father to three beautiful daughters.

He is the co-founder and Group C.E.O of Nomad Advertising Limited, a continental Advertising, Branding, Communications Consultancy, and Design Agency based in Uganda with a presence in Rwanda and Ghana. He has over 20 years’ experience in the Advertising, Branding and Communications industry over which he has contributed to some of the biggest and fastest-growing brands in numerous sectors including; Aviation, Banking, Behavioural Change Communication, Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Telecommunications and Publishing.
He featured in 2016/17 Exclusive Club of TOP40 UGANDANS UNDER 40, a survey conducted by The Vision-Group. He is the an Author, a Certified John Maxwell Trainer, Speaker and Coach, Brand Consultant, and a Leader in Business, Church and the Community. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) Marketing Degree from Makerere University - Kampala, an MBA (Strategic Marketing) and M.A Digital Media from London Metropolitan University (UK).
He is privileged to serve on the Governing Council, Business and Development Committee of the Institute of Petroleum Studies -Kampala (IPSK) and also on the Development Task Force of ROTOM (Reach One Touch One Ministries) a non-profit organisation that is dedicated to meeting the spiritual, social, physical, and psychological needs of the elderly and children under their care in Uganda & Ethiopia. Together with his wife Vasta, they serve on the eldership of Worship Harvest Ministries International, a multi-campus non-denominational Church. They are blessed with two daughters Skylar, 10, Shona, 7 and a son Salem-Reign, 2.

Annette Kirabira
Annette Twahirwa Kirabira
Annette Twahirwa Kirabira is a Counselling Psychologist by profession and holds a Ph.D. in
Organizational Leadership. Annette is the Chair of the Board of the Coalition Against
Trafficking in Persons-Uganda (CATIP-U); a coalition of NGOs in Uganda working to address
various aspects of Human Trafficking both in Uganda and across its borders.
After 16 years of working with victims and survivors of sexual exploitation she has a wealth of
experience in trauma-informed responses and client centered approaches to assisting victims and
survivors. She also has experience in lobbying and working with various government and non-
government agencies and stakeholders in enforcing the various laws and ensuring protection of
victims and survivors of Trafficking in Persons.
She is a seasoned trainer and facilitator in various areas related to anti-trafficking, leadership,
and counseling. Annette is a highly motivated, resourceful and diligent professional, with
experience in implementation and administration in challenging roles and times; a leader keen on
generating new work methods and solutions; with a high level of personal and professional
integrity. All this is built on the foundation of Jesus Christ; a journey Annette started 37 years after dedicating her life to Jesus as Saviour and Lord. She’s married to Pr. Bernard Joshua Kirabira and they together co-pastor C3 Kazo.
